Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

AssetsRepo sells digital products including downloadable design assets, credit packs, asset packs, and subscriptions. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Credit Packs (Starter & Plus)

If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once any credits from the pack have been used (i.e., you have downloaded an asset using those credits), the purchase is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Asset Packs

Purchases of asset packs are final once the pack content has been accessed or any assets from the pack have been downloaded. If you have not accessed or downloaded any assets from the pack, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

4. Pro Subscription

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact us.

5. How to Request a Refund

Include your account email address and the order or transaction ID. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment processing on our behalf. Approved refunds will be issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits outside of the above policy in cases such as:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Significant technical issues that prevented use of the product
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
